When did humans start looking after their teeth properly?

A long time ago.

When did humans start looking after their teeth properly?
Inquisitive little bugger, aren't you?
Reply:I don't know. I'm not one of them.
Reply:Most of them still don't. That is why dentists get rich
Reply:No idea!Maybe when everyones teeth started rotting and falling out!
Reply:We have some evidence to suggest that cavemen would use the frayed ends of twigs to clean their teeth, so quite a while back.
Reply:That's a good question. I bet it started when most people got TVs, in the 1950s. Like, "Brusha, brusha, brusha with the new Ipana" and "Crest prevents cavities." Those are the only two commercial jingles I can remember.
Reply:when they started valuing their appearance way too much.

did you know, that if you don't brush your teeth, they will eventually not need it anymore? don't eat candy or soda for a while, so your teeth can build up a layer of protection.

(seriously- this makes your teeth look not so good, but you won't be getting any cavities if you do it right)
Reply:Probably when they discovered that if you eat and drink things like soda or something you're teeth can fall out
Reply:Tooth Doc To The Pharaos
