24 i think. because you get 24 baby teeth 12 on top and 12 below. then they fall out and you grow new ones, and 12 year molars, 16 year molars, etc. some people get wisdom teeth and might have to get them pulled.

The largest number any NORMAL human could lose is 52, the baby 20 and their 32 adult teeth. They could then lose their false teeth, but they don%26#039;t count.
