Dog loosing teeth!?

we have a 5 month old shar pei, hound, rot, and some other kind.. basically.. we have a 5 month old mut.. and the other day after cleaning up the trash she got into it.. i found one of her teeth... and just now i was coming to sit on the couch.. and i saw something that looked like popcorn in one of the cushion cracks.. so i thought, i%26#039;ll just vacuum it later.. but then i was like.. we havent ate popcorn in forever.. and i went to go look at it.. and its another tooth!! so she%26#039;s lost two teeth in a week.

do dogs loose teeth like humans do? should i be concerned ??

Dog loosing teeth!?
Pups like humans do loose their baby teeth, it is not uncommon for them to swallow them.
Reply:Yes, they do. Puppies start losing their baby teeth at 3 months and finish between 7 - 8 months. So, right now, give your puppy lots of things to chew on because her gums are really sore. One thing my dogs always liked was if you take an old face cloth, wet it, freeze it, then give it to them - very soothing on sore gums.
Reply:Of course they do! Dogs loose their baby teeth just like us. You should only be concerned if your dog starts loosing teeth in later life as this is a sign of serious serious dental disease!
Reply:normal
Reply:Puppies lose their puppy teeth and they get their adult teeth in soon after. It is normal that the puppy is losing teeth.
Reply:Dogs loose teeth just like humans its completey normal.

Shes loosing her teeth because she ready to get her big teeth.
Reply:That is completely normal. Dogs loose their teeth just like we do and then grow adult teeth. You have bsolutely nothing to worri about. My mom would find dog teeth lying on the floor when my dog was a puppy. lol! :)
Reply:this is so normal my 5 month old mut only has one more tooth to loose you are lucky you found them I wanted to keep one of my puppy%26#039;s teeth but I haven%26#039;t found any I brush his teeth daily so I have seen them when they get loose! nothing to worry about the big teeth come in so fast alot of people don%26#039;t even know that their puppy%26#039;s loose teeth!!
Reply:no you should not be concerned all dogs loose teeth like humans. if it was older then 4 or so then that would be odd but before or a little after turning 1 they will lose some of their teeth. i have a yorkie who lost his teeth and we ended up finding all of them some you will find others you wont. hope this helps. god bless you hope you get to read this.
Reply:By now you should have been to a vet and they will tell you that it is part of teething and you will find teeth all over sometimes you will see blood as well ....notice if your pup is scraping his or her face along the ground either outside or inside that is a sign...giving them a hard bone is great....nothing to be concerned with
Reply:My dog is a poodle and he is loosing teeth and he is ALSO 5 months old. Its totally normal. Dont worry. If your so worried, just make a call to your local vet. They are usually free and they can tell you ANYTHING with a lot of detail and can answer ALL your questions.
Reply:Wow! Walking Lady and Cosmo are the only two who correctly spelled LOSE and LOSING.

Teeth may be LOOSE but if so, you might LOSE them, not LOOSE them.

Consequently, if teeth are falling out you might be LOSING them, not LOOSING them.

If your shoelaces aren%26#039;t tight, they might be LOOSE.

I am always amazed at the number of people who incorrectly spell LOSE and LOSING!
Reply:Dogs lose their baby teeth just like humans and it%26#039;s usually around 5 to 7 months old, so don%26#039;t worry, yourr little girl is growing up. Nothing to worry about.
