yes, they loose the neddle like teeth when eating etc and grow new ones.
Do dogs change their teeth when they are young like human do ?
Yes! My puppys teeth fell out I%26#039;ve managed to keep a few. Most of them they swallow!
Reply:yes. they fall out naturally through play
Reply:Yes they do. At about 5 months the pup will start losing it%26#039;s first teeth then adult teeth will come in.
Reply:yes just like us they have milk teeth then there new ones will come through and once they loose them like us they dont get no more
Reply:Yes the first teeth are needle teeth, and are very sharp, then they loose them about 1 year old
Reply:Yes, and the tooth fairy leaves them a bonio when they drop out.
Reply:Yes they do, They fall out while puppies and grow the adult ones
Reply:Yes they do get permanent teeth when young but You are getting away quite cheaply because dogs don%26#039;t know about the tooth fairy
Reply:Yes around the age of 12 weeks to 5months of age their baby teeth will fall out but generally replaced straight away for the adult ones - no gap left (baby tooth pushed out by adult tooth) You might find the teeth in the carpets or alot of them they may swallow.
Reply:Yes they do..
That is why puppys chew. its because they are teething..
Then need toys they are allowed to chew or your might come home to find your sofa chewed
Reply:yes , we found four all stuck together it looked like she had lost a bridge. Then they chew everything whilst teething. Including holes in the wall. socks shoes and anything else you leave at chewing level.
Reply:Yes they do lose their first set of teeth (or baby teeth) so no worries. It may start around 3 months of age and a lot of times people won%26#039;t even notice because they wind up swallowing them while eating and what not. I have read that within a few days of the tooth falling out, the adult tooth should begin to emerge. I read up some information on it because I have a puppy myself and he is about 5-6 months old now and I never noticed him losing any teeth but I knew that puppies did. I must have missed it though!

Reply:yes, i have a 6moth old border collie and she lost all her baby teeth and now have adult teeth
Reply:yep!!
my puppy was about 6months when she started changing the teeth. at first my family thought that she broke her teeth, but shortly after we discover her 1st tooth, 3 more came off.
also, i notice that they tend to chew more during the period.
Reply:Yes, watch them and give them plenty of chew toys like a Kong toy or Teether when they have the tiny pointed teeth. They start falling out at around 3 months of age. Then they get the larger less needle pointed teeth that are permanent.
Reply:Yes, as do most young animals. I was once looking for a tooth my daughter had dropped on the floor and I found one - but it turned out to be one of our young cats%26#039;!
Reply:my beagle pup had lost all her baby teeth by 22 weeks old, we managed to get all but one of them. the top fangs were the last to come out and had come through by the side of the old ones which i had to pull with a tissue as they were just not coming out and were dangling, the back ones falling out were a nuisance, if you can imagine with no roots they had a large ragged surface area on the gum, and made the gums bleed, remember too that some dogs get sticky eyes when they are teething their back teeth, this should get better when they have fully teethed.
where she used to suck and nibble on pigs ears, she now crunches and finishes them off completely with her now STRONGER JAW and big teeth.
MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE PLENTY FOR YOUR PUPPY TO CHEW ON WHEN TEETHING.
we did use Baby teething gel for some painful teeth and also used some treats for teething called TEETHING TREATS FOR PUPPIES which are small biscuit treats with a liquid center a bit like LOCKETS, they have chamomile, menthol and glove oil in the center that sooth the gums. I STILL USE THEM for my pup AS THEY SMELL GREAT PARTICULARLY AFTER EATING strong SMELLY STUFF (kisses are soooooo much nicer)
Reply:Yes, they sure do! At 4-6 months your puppy will actually loose his/her baby teeth and start growing adult teeth (the lovely teething phase!!!). Then around 10-12 months your puppy will start getting their molars in. The teething in that phase will not be as noticiable or significant as when your puppy was going through the initial phase at 4-6 months, but you may notice an increase in bone chewing :) Hope this helps!!!
Reply:Yes, puppies have baby teeth, and lose them to make room for their permanent teeth like we do. They are teething. Nothing to worry about!
Reply:yes they lose their baby teeth like humans and grow their adult teeth as we do.
Reply:yes they do
