Yes, they get their first set of teeth when they around three weeks old and the first set are called milk teeth. Their adult teeth start to come in when dogs are about four months and the milk teeth are pushed out.

Yes, they do. Dogs usually just swallow their baby teeth, though. Not something you usually need to worry about.
